In this role you will oversee the group’s transfer pricing policies and compliance across jurisdictions, shaping TP strategy and supporting audits and disputes. You will report to the Global Head of Taxes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align TP with business models and regulatory requirements.You will drive the global TP planning cycle, update documentation, and monitor evolving regulations. This is a high-impact tax leadership role in a fast-paced, multinational environment with a focus on robust TP modelling and risk management.
You will contribute to building scalable TP processes and mentoring teams worldwide.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Develop and refine the Group's transfer pricing strategy aligned with business models and geographies
- Provide expert TP guidance on new ventures, restructurings, Mu0026A, and intra-group financing
- Lead the annual global TP planning cycle including profit allocation and intercompany flow adjustments
- Oversee Master File, Local Files, CBCR, reports, and benchmarking across jurisdictions
- Ensure timely ICAs implementation and consistency between terms and conduct
- Review monthly/quarterly TP calculations and analyses (profit splits, CUP, TNMM, remuneration mechanisms)
- Maintain TP control framework within ICFR
- Manage TP audits and disputes, prepare defense files, and coordinate with external advisors
- Monitor OECD, EU, UN, and local changes and assess impact on the Group's TP model
- Collaborate with Trading, Legal, Controlling, Accounting, and Finance
- Enhance data analytics and Power BI dashboards for TP KPIs
- Train teams on TP concepts and mentor junior staff
- 5-7 years of transfer pricing experience in Big 4 or multinational environment
- Deep knowledge of OECD TP Guidelines, BEPS, EU/J5 and local requirements
- Advanced financial modelling skills and ability to translate flows into TP models
- Strong IFRS and local GAAP understanding in relation to TP
- Experience with profit split methodologies, TNMM, benchmarking, and economic analyses
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI; data tools for transactional analysis
- Experience managing TP audits and disputes across multiple jurisdictions
- Excellent English communication skills; ability to engage with traders and senior leaders
