Junior FP&A Analyst - WEMEA

The position offers growth in FPu0026amp;A within a dynamic international setting and exposure to cross-border finance processes. You will work to improve planning accuracy and deliver timely insights that shape regional strategies.

• Analyse regional financial data (Pu0026L, sales performance) and track against targets
• Support cost control across multiple countries with accurate expense management and allocations
• Assist Net Working Capital reporting including Accounts Receivable and DSO metrics
• Prepare clear, timely management reports highlighting insights and improvement opportunities
• Support monthly forecasting through data consolidation and analysis across the region
• Identify trends in financial and sales data to support planning and decision-making

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• Initial experience in finance, FPu0026A, controlling, or similar roles (internships/graduate experience acceptable)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
