As Senior Director, Marketing, you will own the Scrabble franchise marketing, including Scrabble Go and a new unannounced mobile title. You will define the GTM and long-term growth strategies, coordinating product marketing, community, lifecycle, and performance efforts.

You’ll partner with game teams, central marketing, and executives to shape positioning, launches, and sustained demand. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive franchise momentum and player engagement.

  • Own marketing vision and strategy for Scrabble franchise across multiple titles
  • Lead global GTM for a new game launch from audience definition to post-launch momentum
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for player-facing stories
  • Develop integrated marketing across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, advocacy, and growth
  • Shape creative strategy and guide marketing across UA, social, influencer, community, CRM, and lifecycle
  • Build 360 campaigns using insights from research, testing, and performance data
  • Align strategy with Product, Performance Marketing, Creative, Analytics, CRM, and Licensors
  • Act as marketing partner to game leadership; influence product and launch priorities
  • Champion player voice in product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization
  • Develop launch narratives, campaign frameworks, and executive-ready materials
  • Build and nurture community and creator programs to generate pre-launch excitement and long-term engagement
  • Manage relationships with licensors and external partners
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team as the franchise grows
Responsabilidades
  • Significant experience in product/game marketing or growth marketing with live/launch experience
  • Proven track record of successful GTM and differentiated positioning
  • Experience across acquisition, activation, retention, community, creator, and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong fluency in game and marketing KPIs; translate data into strategic actions
  • Creative instincts in shaping campaigns and narratives that stand out
  • Ability to operate strategically and hands-on; cross-functional leadership
  • Excellent organization, detail orientation, and multi-priority management
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience partnering with external agencies, licensors, creators, or third parties
  • Collaborative leadership style and ability to build trust and alignment
  • Genuine passion for games and understanding of player engagement
