In this role you advise senior leaders on data, AI, and governance to align technology solutions with business goals. You lead strategic data, automation, and digital transformation projects, shaping how Allianz entities leverage AI and IT governance for impact.You mentor colleagues, design data architectures, and ensure regulatory compliance and risk-aware decision-making. You work across global teams to translate complex tech into actionable insights and drive business outcomes.

- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executives
- Lead strategic projects in data, productivity, and automation, leveraging AI tools and IT governance
- Contribute to business development and internal capability building
- Mentor junior consultants in BI, AI, and automation delivery
- Provide IT delivery and systems architecture expertise focusing on infrastructure, integration, and enterprise data management
- Evaluate technology and operational risks to support data-driven risk decisions
- Design and advise on data architecture, governance, and regulatory compliance (AI Act, GDPR, DORA, cybersecurity)
- Advise on advanced analytics and optimizing data workflows (ETL, data pipelines)
- Recommend and design BI strategies using Power BI, Python, and AI-driven data models
- Design automation initiatives with low-code tools (PowerApps, Power Automate) to boost efficiency
- Ensure understanding and application of GenAI/ML in strategic initiatives
- Incorporate cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (AI Act, GDPR, DORA, ISO) into AI and automation projects
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Azure)
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML/AI projects
- Strong understanding of data architecture and governance at a strategic level
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and governance, GDPR, AI Act, DORA, cybersecurity regulations
- Expertise in Technology Risk Management and risk mitigation decisions
- Experience with ETL and Python for analytics; SQL proficiency
- Experience in IT delivery and end-to-end process oversight
- Ability to present insights to senior executives and influence decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish; other European languages a plus
- Degree in technology preferred with focus on analytics/engineering/business informatics or data/computer science
- 5–10 years in strategy consulting, IT advisory, and data projects focusing on automation and digital transformation
