Senior/ Principal Consultant - Project Management

• Provide professional consulting services with measurable impact for Allianz operating entities
• Manage stakeholder relationships and client expectations with transparency
• Lead complex IT and non-IT transformation projects in hybrid or agile setups
• Analyze client needs in transformation, technology, and innovation to deliver tailored solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive change
• Mentor and coach junior consultants
• Contribute to business development, including pitches and service enhancements
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Oversee portfolio performance with resource planning, financial control, and risk management
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and metrics

• 5–10 years of professional experience with 3–5 years in project management & transformation consulting
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and ability to advise on AI adoption for business transformation
• Practical IT project management experience and certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMI, Scrum)
• Strong teamwork, ability to work under pressure in international contexts
• Analytical, problem-solving, and implementation experience
• Advanced MS Office 365, JIRA/Confluence, Power BI & MS Analytics
• Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and conflict management
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional European languages a plus
• Interest and affinity for IT and Generative AI (GenAI)
