Senior/Principal Consultant - Strategy & Management Consulting

Experteer Overview

You will collaborate on AI-enabled transformation and change management, while mentoring colleagues and contributing to thought leadership. This position offers exposure to international teams and a chance to influence technology-enabled strategy at scale.

• Deliver strategic consulting on transformation, market positioning, and operational excellence
• Lead strategic initiatives such as market entry, growth strategy, digital transformation, and organizational redesign
• Perform in-depth analyses of business models, competitive landscapes, and customer insights
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to align goals and execution
• Support change management and implementation planning for strategic programs
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development
• Drive business development including proposal creation and client relationship management

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or related field
• 5-10 years of professional experience, with 3-5 years in strategy or management consulting
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and ability to advise on AI adoption for transformation
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with experience in strategic planning and market analysis
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead strategic engagements
• Experience in change management and organizational design
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, and strategic modeling tools
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other European languages a plus
• Financial services industry experience mandatory
• Insurance industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Interest in digital strategy, innovation, and technology; affinity for IT and GenAI considered valuable assets
