In this role you bridge Statistical Programming & Analysis (SPA) with scalable AI and automation initiatives. You translate analytical and regulatory needs into industrialized, reusable solutions, collaborating with data science, AI, IT, and clinical stakeholders.You drive AI-first, platform-oriented workflows from pilots to governed platforms, optimizing analytical insight and operational efficiency. This position places you at the heart of transforming SPA into a strategic analytics partner, enabling scale across studies and products.

- Translate SPA needs into technical requirements for AI, automation, and digital solutions
- Interface between SPA and Data Science & AI and IT engineering teams
- Industrialize AI models and automation workflows into scalable, reusable capabilities
- Drive a build-once, scale-many approach to analytics, automation, and tools
- Redesign SPA workflows with an AI-first, platform-oriented perspective
- Ensure regulatory compliance, auditability, and data integrity of solutions
- Enable transition from pilots to governed, repeatable capabilities while reducing complexity
- Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience at the intersection of analytics, AI/ML, automation, or digital platforms
- Ability to collaborate credibly with statisticians, programmers, and clinical stakeholders without owning study delivery
- Experience translating complex, domain-specific problems into scalable technical solutions
- Comfort working at the intersection of regulated science and modern engineering practices
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to move from concept to industrialized output
