You’ll own multi-modal time series projects, applying signal processing and biomechanics concepts to real-world performance problems. Join a mission-driven team that shapes athlete analytics at scale and impacts teams from schools to professional levels.

• Create and improve algorithms using signal processing on raw sensor and GPS data to derive movement and load metrics
• Deliver scalable insights by building and deploying models for researchers, coaches, and recruiters
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate wearable data and optical tracking into Hudl products
• Lead high-impact projects that advance the future of athlete performance tracking

• Strong mathematical background with experience in statistical operations and physics-based calculations on large datasets
• Proven track record building, monitoring, and maintaining AI/ML models in production at scale
• Experience with model observability and handling data drift; CI/CD for ML (e.g., MLflow or TFX); writing unit tests for stochastic processes
• Background in biomechanical modeling and signal processing
• Multi-modal time series expertise for deep learning-based analysis and forecasting
• Product-focused: translating data into actionable insights for coaches and athletes
