In this role you will serve as the IT partner for the Europe-based team, delivering hands-on desktop support and aligning local IT needs with global strategy. You’ll drive local innovation through automation, AI tools, and lightweight solutions to boost productivity.You balance day-to-day support with longer-term improvements, acting as a trusted advisor to executives and staff. This role focuses on enabling efficient, scalable IT services across a fast-paced environment in Madrid.

- Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and upgrades; manage deployments, inventory, AD accounts, and printers
- Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, Office 365, Box, Okta, and AV systems; manage domain-joined devices
- Develop and support workstations and printers; respond to and close tickets effectively; maintain accurate databases
- Implement automation and AI-enabled productivity improvements; prototype and deploy lightweight tools
- Collaborate with business teams to translate pain points into technical solutions; train users on new tools
- Lead or support IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives; drive automation, process optimization and technology adoption
- Promote adoption of new tools and provide guidance to end users
- Rapidly prototype solutions to address operational inefficiencies and enhance user experience
- 5+ years of IT desktop support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, networking, Active Directory
- Experience leading regional IT support and acting as a point of contact
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with scripting or programming (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) and familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, APIs)
- Interest or hands-on experience with AI tools in business environments
- Autonomy in a fast-paced environment and a builder mindset
