In this role you will lead proactive sourcing and market intelligence to build diverse executive talent pipelines for VP-level roles. You will partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to translate business needs into search strategies and candidate slates.You’ll manage the executive candidate lifecycle from outreach to offer negotiation with a premium, high-touch experience. This internal boutique team supports Iron Mountain’s leadership journey in a fast-moving, transformational environment.

- Collaborate with hiring executives and HR partners to translate business needs into actionable search strategies and diverse candidate slates
- Lead specific executive searches independently and manage the candidate lifecycle from outreach to offer negotiation
- Significant experience in executive search or talent acquisition with focus on executive hiring
- Expert proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (e.g., Workday)
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to advise senior executives in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience; commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership hiring
