You will lead proactive sourcing and market intelligence to build diverse executive talent pipelines for Vice President and C-suite roles. You partner closely with senior leaders and HR partners to translate business needs into targeted search strategies.You manage the executive candidate lifecycle with a premium, high-touch experience from outreach to offer. This role sits in our internal boutique Executive Recruiting team, shaping leadership around Iron Mountain’s transformation journey. You will operate in a global, fast-paced environment with a clear impact on our leadership and growth.

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable search strategies and diverse candidate slates
- Lead executive searches independently and manage the candidate lifecycle from outreach through offer negotiation
- Significant experience in executive search or senior-level talent acquisition
- Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter; strong ATS experience (Workday)
- Proven stakeholder management and ability to advise senior executives in a fast-moving setting
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience; commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership hiring
