As Product Director, Marketplace, you own the doctor-side and patient-search experience at the world’s largest healthcare marketplace. You’ll drive an AI-first search, smarter matching and a frictionless booking flow to connect patients with the right doctors, scale the two-sided product, and deliver measurable impact.You lead a multi-team organization and partner with country leaders, marketing, sales and Noa AI to ship outcomes. Your work helps make finding and booking a doctor effortless at scale.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Define and own marketplace product strategy, outcomes and roadmap for doctor-side and patient search-booking funnel
- Lead AI-first search and booking experiences to boost match quality and speed-to-booking
- Improve marketplace health metrics: optimize demand distribution, reduce zero-bookings, lower churn, improve funnel conversion
- Scale visibility products (First Class, Media360) and evolve pricing/packaging to grow ARPU with clear ROI for doctors
- Oversee core marketplace re-platforming with engineering for scalable foundations
- Build and grow a world-class product team and collaborate with country leaders, marketing, sales and Noa AI to deliver outcomes
- 3+ years leading product at Lead/Director level with multi-team scope
- Proven track record in consumer/two-sided marketplace at scale (millions of MAU)
- Strong fluency with experimentation, funnel analytics and growth loops
- Experience shipping AI-driven product experiences to production
- Fluent English; multi-market/multi-brand experience a plus
