In this role, you will shape and execute global go-to-market strategies for Rover’s Provider business, aligning product, policy, and communications across markets. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and International teams to deliver a coherent provider voice and scalable GTM frameworks.You’ll coach a team in Barcelona while coordinating with Europe and US partners to drive provider adoption and satisfaction. This is a high-impact, player-coach position at a mission-driven, hybrid-first company leveraging AI to enhance provider experiences.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own end-to-end Provider GTM: positioning, channels, messaging, and measurement across services, brands, and countries
- Lead Provider communications strategy and governance with cross-functional partners
- Drive policy and development execution to extend frameworks to new services, brands, and markets
- Build and nurture provider community initiatives across digital and in-person touchpoints
- Define provider sentiment measurement, cadence, and feedback loops to inform product and policy decisions
- Manage external commercial partnerships, integrations, and third-party offerings
- Define OKRs and roadmap for the GTM function and ensure alignment with company goals
- Lead and grow a team of provider GTM, communications, and community leaders in Barcelona and across Europe/US
- 10+ years in product marketing, GTM, marketing, management, or consulting in marketplace contexts
- 5+ years in people management or leading cross-functional teams
- Experience partnering with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver shared roadmaps and metrics
- Clear, structured written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior leaders
- Highly proactive with comfort in ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to model and measure impact using tools like Mode and Excel
- Strong leadership, feedback, and coaching abilities
- Willingness to work across Europe (CET) and US (Pacific) time zones
- English proficiency at C2 level; Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or Economics preferred)
