Experteer Overview

As the lead for an AI-first paid patient acquisition engine, you will shape automated, data-driven campaigns across multiple markets. You will own strategy, experimentation, and performance, driving patient growth and monetization while reducing manual work.

You will collaborate with AI, data, product, and GTM teams to scale acquisition, optimize conversion, and push innovative channels. This role offers impact at scale within a bold, international healthtech business.

  • Define and own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy across markets and channels
  • Set growth targets, CAC/LTV models, and scalable acquisition frameworks
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and multi-country execution for Europe and LatAm
  • Build and operationalize an AI-driven acquisition system with automated campaign management and creative production
  • Lead pilots for new channels, turning them into scalable playbooks
  • Build and lead a lean, high-leverage team and establish goals, KPIs, and cadences
  • Collaborate with AI, Product u0026 UX, and GTM leaders to optimize conversion and monetization
  • Partner with data teams to improve attribution, experimentation velocity, and reporting
  • Align with brand messaging and creative strategy across markets
Responsabilidades
  • +5 years in performance/growth marketing in a consumer marketplace
  • Track record of replacing manual workflows with automated or AI-driven systems
  • Strong interest in AI and its impact on performance marketing
  • Experience managing +€3M global media budget
  • Hands-on experience with Google and Meta at scale
  • Proven experience running multi-market acquisition and leading teams/complex organizations
