As the Demand Generation Executive for the Italian market, you will shape and execute multi-channel demand generation programs to fuel pipeline growth. You’ll collaborate with sales and partnerships to align messaging and lead quality, optimizing campaigns based on data.You’ll own end-to-end campaigns from events to email and co-marketing initiatives, contributing to fast-growing, cross-functional GTM efforts. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, collaborative Channel team that values ownership and results.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Develop and execute demand generation strategy for the Italian market across multiple channels
- Plan and manage campaigns including events, email marketing, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives
- Create and adapt marketing materials ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging
- Manage relationships with partners and support co-marketing activities to drive pipeline growth
- Collaborate with Sales teams to align on ICP, messaging, and lead quality
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives based on data and insights
- Manage budgets, timelines, and external vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing activities
- Support end-to-end funnel performance from awareness to qualified opportunity generation
- Contribute ideas to improve demand generation processes and overall marketing effectiveness
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B marketing roles
- Native Italian speaker and professional English (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns (events, email, digital, partnerships)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to drive pipeline impact
