As Marketing Operations Manager, you will oversee SEU marketing finance operations, including budgeting, invoicing, accruals and contract management, while driving efficient processes across cross-functional teams. You will support the SEU Marketing Operating Model and ensure compliant, well-documented, and traceable outputs.The role blends finance, legal, and operations to enable rapid, high-quality marketing execution. This is a pivotal role in enabling growth across Southern Europe by harmonising ways of working and delivering scalable processes.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Oversee marketing finance administration: POs, accruals and budgeting coordination
- Manage legal contracts: renewals, new agreements and agency pitches support
- Support SEU Marketing Operating Model: implement controls and efficient processes
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, with actionable recommendations
- Drive policy/procedure improvements to enhance workflows and operating models
- Coordinate ad hoc projects and lead workshops for SEU Marketing operations
- Act as SME on processes, systems and agile operations
- Deliver stakeholder communications and training to ensure alignment and adoption
- Provide data-driven insights to improve efficiency and decision making
- Ensure marketing outputs are compliant, documented, automated and traceable
- Experience in marketing operations within a complex organization
- Experience with marketing operations tools and process implementation
- Experience in marketing finance administration (POs, accruals, finance systems)
- Experience with legal contract processes and working with legal documentation
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Creative problem-solver with an innovative mindset
- Confident, effective communicator able to operate at pace
- Strong relationship-building skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Numerate and data-savvy with a data-driven mindset
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (beneficial)
