You’ll manage stakeholder expectations, challenge timelines when needed, and mentor the Marketing Operations function as part of Flutter’s broader network. This is a chance to shape SEU growth within a global scale and make a tangible impact on marketing delivery.

• Design, implement and evolve the SEU Marketing Operating Model and project management framework
• Own end-to-end delivery from proposition development to execution and post-delivery optimization
• Lead short-, mid-, and long-term planning for SEU Marketing initiatives
• Maintain solid understanding of core marketing channels and best practices
• Develop clear project plans with progress, risks, dependencies, and issues tracking
• Identify process improvements to streamline delivery and increase efficiency
• Coordinate with creative, engagement, media, commercial and product leads to align priorities
• Provide clear stakeholder communication and visibility on progress, risks and decisions
• Coordinate resources and dependencies across projects for effective execution
• Act as central point of contact for SEU Marketing project status updates
• Organize SEU Marketing planning sessions and workshops
• Develop knowledge of internal systems, tools and processes to ensure agile, compliant delivery
• Provide line management and development support to direct reports

• Significant experience designing and embedding operating models and PM frameworks in complex, cross-functional organisations
• Proven experience selecting and implementing PM tools across multiple teams
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident and resilient in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong stakeholder management, capable of challenging timelines and priorities
• Proactive problem-solver with continuous improvement mindset
• Influential communicator able to drive outcomes through formal and informal networks
