As Head of L&C Business Operations, you will shape Roche's Legal & Compliance function into a data-driven, tech-enabled strategic partner. You will lead the transition to an augmented L&C ecosystem, collaborating across Legal, Compliance, Patents, and Risk Advisory to meet digital and data ambitions.
The role blends strategic operations, AI-enabled innovation, and governance to reduce friction and elevate decision-making. You drive cross-functional impact, shaping the future of Roche's legal business operations with a clear, measurable roadmap.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Define and implement the AI strategy for L&C, prioritizing high-impact use cases and developing self-service and agentic workflows
Lead data strategy and governance across global L&C systems, enabling predictive analytics and real-time budgeting
Oversee strategic operations and financials, including smart sourcing, outside counsel management, and vendor governance
Redesign and optimize L&C processes to be digital-ready, interfacing with Roche Digital Technology (RDT) for technical specifications
Ensure risk management effectiveness and remediation of control deficiencies, embedding rules into business processes
Collaborate in a triad with Chief of Staff/Head of Strategy and Head of Digital Technology to align strategy, change, and technology
Translate legal requirements into actionable technical specs and drive execution to meet L&C financial ambitions

Responsabilidades

Senior leadership experience in Legal Operations, Finance, or Digital Transformation (minimum 8 years)
Digital fluency with experience implementing LLMs and AI agents in a corporate setting
Deep understanding of Legal Tech, data architecture, and domain lead responsibilities
Expertise in legal spend architecture, vendor management, and complex commercial models
Systems thinking to map and redesign processes for AI-enabled environments
Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration at senior levels
Change leadership with a track record of large-scale transformations and upskilling
