In this role you drive regulatory interpretation and ensure global compliance for Roche Diagnostics products. You bridge regulatory requirements with technical implementation, producing auditable opinions. You shape a long-term compliance roadmap and lead cross-functional projects to apply regulatory standards.You operate within Roche’s Center of Excellence to support a healthier future, collaborating with labs, operations, and R&D to deliver compliant solutions.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead technical evaluation of new and changing environmental regulations and translate them into Regulatory Opinions
- Assess product impact through hazard communication standards on chemical compositions and designs
- Define long-term compliance strategy to future-proof Roche’s portfolio
- Drive cross-functional implementation ensuring OETs, operations, and R&D apply regulatory opinions to compliance outputs
- Serve as primary internal technical expert for regulatory inquiries and risk-based prioritization
- University degree
- Experience with Product Stewardship or Product Environmental Regulations
- Analytical ability to interpret legal texts and apply to technical data
- Strong communication skills to explain regulatory rationale to scientists and executives
- Collaborative mindset for a global Center of Excellence environment
