In this Staff Product Designer role, you will shape the long-term UX vision across multiple product initiatives at Glovo. You’ll partner with product, engineering, data, and research to translate user needs and business metrics into measurable impact.You’ll lead design from concept to high-fidelity delivery, mentor peers, and raise the design maturity across the organization. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on craft, system thinking, and cross‑functional collaboration.

- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to high-fidelity implementation in ambiguous environments
- Contribute to and influence the evolution of the design system and design standards
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are scalable and aligned with technical constraints
- Mentor and support other designers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture
- Facilitate workshops and present design rationale to stakeholders to drive consensus
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to align planning and execution
- Grow junior to senior design contributors through critique and high standards
- 6+ years of experience with UI design, interaction paradigms, and visual design patterns
- Strong portfolio with case studies demonstrating process, problem-solving, and leadership
- Proven experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform design roadmaps
- Solid understanding of accessibility best practices and OS/platform standards (iOS/Android/Web)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence decisions
- Autonomous, pragmatic, and able to manage multiple stakeholder needs
- Ability to think through complex problems, architect design frameworks, and navigate ambiguity
