Experteer Overview

Expect close collaboration with product and software teams to move AI solutions from concept to production at global scale. This role offers the chance to shape Horizon with advanced AI features, starting with a predictive maintenance module and expanding toward more autonomous, insight-driven capabilities.

• Connect Horizon to diverse data sources and design Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines
• Extract, transform and structure data for LLM use, manage embeddings, indexing and context retrieval
• Design, deploy, fine-tune and improve production-grade LLM and multimodal agents, optimize prompts and reduce hallucinations
• Build and maintain client-facing AI assistants and chatbots, integrate AI features into Horizon workflows
• Stay updated on generative AI advances, experiment with frameworks like LangChain and instruction-tuned models
• Collaborate with product and software teams to deliver scalable AI solutions for Horizon users

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models or generative AI systems
• Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and prompt optimization
• Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and fine-tuning
• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and Git is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English
