Experteer Overview
In this role you shape how AI is applied and scaled at ERNI, working hands-on with advanced AI solutions while collaborating with the Data & AI Principal. You influence architectures, guide key decisions, and translate AI potential into business impact.You will design and deliver production-ready AI systems and participate in client discussions, POCs, and presales to strengthen ERNI’s AI practice. You can grow technically and influence project decisions, with opportunities to mentor others and share expertise.
This hybrid, growth-focused role combines hands-on engineering with strategic, cross-functional impact.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Design, develop, and implement AI engineering solutions (APIs, cloud, LLMs, Agents, ML models)
- Define scalable architectures and ensure engineering excellence for production-ready AI solutions
- Engage in client discussions, technical assessments, and POCs to translate business needs into robust AI systems
- Contribute to the evolution of ERNI's AI practice through presales activities and internal knowledge sharing
- Mentor others and/or participate in mentoring initiatives to grow the team's expertise
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI engineering solutions (APIs, cloud, LLMs, Agents, ML models)
- Experience in Context/Prompt Engineering, LLM Monitoring and Observability, RAG systems
- Strong Python and Backend/API development skills; experience with Data Science and/or Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
