Experteer Overview

In this role you will drive growth of IQVIA’s Real-World Evidence (RWE) business across EMEA by identifying and converting BioPharma opportunities. You will build senior-level relationships with Medical, HEOR, Market Access, and Commercial stakeholders, shaping demand for tailored RWE solutions.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, translate client needs into high-value offerings, and contribute to IQVIA’s GTM strategy in a fast-evolving market. This is a client-facing, consultative sales role with meaningful impact on evidence generation and market access strategies.

  • Identify and engage new BioPharma clients aligned to RWE growth priorities
  • Develop account penetration and prospecting strategies across key therapy areas
  • Build senior relationships across Medical, HEOR, Market Access and Commercial teams
  • Lead early-stage discussions to identify unmet evidence needs and shape demand for RWE
  • Translate client needs into tailored RWE solutions leveraging IQVIA data/analytics/delivery
  • Own end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity creation to proposal and closure
  • Partner with RWE SMEs to differentiate IQVIA offerings in competitive bids
  • Lead pitch development and client presentations focusing on value and impact
  • Contribute to GTM strategy, campaigns, and messaging across global teams
  • Represent IQVIA at industry events to build market presence
Responsabilidades
  • Proven track record of originating and closing new business in BioPharma, CRO, or healthcare consulting
  • Success in developing senior client relationships and influencing buying decisions
  • Strong understanding of RWE, HEOR, and Market Access in the product lifecycle
  • Experience selling complex, consultative solutions
  • Commercial acumen with ability to manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales targets
