As Revolut’s Business Development Manager, you will lead strategic financial partnerships for global card payments. You’ll own the identification, closure, and scaling of high-value partnerships to boost customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue.You’ll collaborate across teams to navigate regulatory changes and drive initiatives that unlock card revenue. - Navigate global regulatory changes related to card revenues and define action plans for customers
- Quantify commercial implications of regulatory/market shifts to support high-stakes decisions
- Manage mission-critical initiatives from scope through delivery
- Collaborate with Government Affairs to monitor/regulatory changes impacting card revenue
- Work with Card Payments, Legal, Merchant Acquiring, FX, and other teams on card payment initiatives
- 9+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on card payments
- Expertise in card scheme economics and the payments ecosystem (4-party model, issuers/acquirers, merchants)
- Solid understanding of the regulatory environment for cards and payments
- Proactive drive to implement change and solve problems hands-on
- Knowledge of what drives a successful cards business and levers for high performance
- Excellent structuring and programme management skills for end-to-end projects
- Analytical thinker with data-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills for global stakeholder collaboration
- Familiarity with card payments Pu0026L and deep-dive capability to understand key drivers
