In this role, you drive growth for Preply Business in the French market by leading mid-market and enterprise sales. You own the full sales cycle, collaborate across product, design, and engineering, and shape territory strategy to close high-value opportunities.You will balance outbound prospecting with inbound leads to build a robust pipeline and deliver measurable business impact. This is a chance to influence language learning at scale within a fast-growing EdTech startup.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close for named accounts in mid-market/enterprise
- Generate 50% of pipeline through outbound activities
- Handle both inbound and outbound leads (SDR)
- Develop territory closing strategies and guidance for opportunities
- Leverage sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and pain points
- Articulate Preply's value proposition using qualification standards
- Own sales activity and revenue forecasting in Salesforce
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to incorporate customer feedback
- Minimum 4 years of quota-carrying, direct tech sales in a full-cycle closing role
- Experience closing 15+ deals per quarter with ~30K ACV
- Ability to discuss value proposition with C-level executives, HR teams, and decision makers
- Experience with outbound prospecting and product demonstrations
- Consultative sales approach with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding targets in a fast-paced startup
- High adaptability to evolving startup environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in French and English (French market experience a plus)
