Senior Product Manager (Anti Money Laundering/Transaction Monitoring)

• Own the Transaction Monitoring product area and define the area strategy and roadmap across fiat, crypto, and card flows
• Develop and evolve monitoring rules, risk typologies and predictive model concepts aligned with compliance frameworks
• Drive false positive reduction, alert quality, and operational scalability
• Collaborate with first and second line operations and compliance to ensure effective, audit-ready controls
• Coordinate with Data Science on predictive models and with Engineering on vendor integrations and data models
• Support regulatory reviews and audits with clear product narratives
• Translate AML/regulatory requirements into actionable product requirements
• Manage vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance
• Ensure scalable implementation across new verticals and rails

• 4+ years as a Product Manager in fintech, crypto, payments or regulated financial services
• 2+ years in AML / Transaction Monitoring products
• Hands-on exposure to crypto monitoring, especially stablecoins, or VASP compliance
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic or similar)
• Experience with travel rule tools (Notabene, Sumsub or similar)
• Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management
• Analytical thinking and ability to engage in system design discussions
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams across geographies to drive alignment and execution
