As Senior Product Manager in the Financial Crime Intelligence domain, you own the end-to-end KYC/KYB lifecycle, shaping how we identify customers, assess risk, and continuously reassess risk across individuals, SMEs, and complex corporate structures.You’ll balance onboarding experience with compliance and growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define strategy and deliver a scalable, compliant product. You’ll work with data and engineering to enhance risk scoring, due diligence, and reviewer workflows, driving transformation in global fintech operations.

- Manage jurisdiction-specific onboarding and regulatory requirements
- Design improvements in KYC/KYB journeys, risk rating frameworks, and ongoing review processes
- Partner with first/second line compliance to ensure controls are audit-ready
- Collaborate with operations to optimize case management and workflows
- Translate regulatory requirements into concrete product requirements for data and engineering
- Work with Data on risk scoring, data enrichment, and monitoring of customer risk over time
- Coordinate with Engineering on data models, entity resolution, and workflow orchestration
- 4+ years as a Product Manager
- 2+ years on KYC/KYB or onboarding products
- Experience with CDD, EDD, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with risk scoring systems, workflow/case management tools, and data enrichment
- Analytical thinking; ability to discuss system design
- Proven ability to influence across functions and geographies
