In this role, you will lead the full spectrum of business development activities for the Madrid office, driving profitable growth and expanding the firm’s presence in Spain. You’ll collaborate with partners and the Office Managing Partner to shape strategic direction, pitches, and client development.You will organize events, submissions, and communications to raise visibility and win opportunities. This is a chance to take early responsibility, work cross-functionally with London and Madrid teams, and contribute to a growth-focused, diverse workplace.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Advise and support partners and associates on strategic direction for marketing, business development, and client development activities
- Work on pitches and proposals for new business
- Lead events, award and directory submissions, and communications initiatives
- Support the Office Managing Partner and partners in positioning the Madrid office for growth
- Identify market opportunities, priority clients, and sectors to back the firm’s expansion in Spain
- Support the Madrid BD function and report to the Head of Business Development in London
- Coordinate with London business development colleagues and global BD/marketing network
- Experience leading business development in a professional services environment
- Ability to support senior partners and drive strategic BD initiatives
- Experience with pitches, proposals, and client development activities
- Event management and communications coordination experience
- Wamiliarity with cross-border collaboration between Madrid and London BD teams
