• Prepare and manage cost estimates and cost plans
• Oversee procurement and tendering processes, including pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, tender analysis, and reporting
• Administer contracts, handle variations, and final accounts
• Provide tender documentation and analysis, ensuring compliant contractual documents

• A recognized Degree Qualification
• Relevant work experience as a QS or Cost Manager, ideally in consultancy
• Experience across real estate construction projects
• Motivated, able to work independently
• Excellent written and spoken English; preferably Spanish, with strong report and bid writing skills
