In this role you shape and execute strategic communications for Ferrer’s Specialty Care portfolio, aligning global messaging with local needs. You will translate complex clinical and organizational initiatives into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences, influencing brand reputation and business impact.You’ll work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive disease awareness, product launch readiness, and cohesive communications. This is a chance to contribute to a purpose-driven, socially responsible organization at scale.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Design and deploy integrated communication plans for disease awareness, product launch readiness, and brand positioning in Specialty Care
- Maintain a cohesive 'one voice' approach by aligning global messaging with local market needs
- Lead internal communications to engage cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Execute external campaigns to increase visibility with HCPs, patient groups, and industry media
- Collaborate with PR agencies and external partners to amplify campaigns
- Coordinate with regulatory, scientific, medical, marketing, and global commercial teams to ensure messaging and compliance
- Establish KPIs, analyze results, and iteratively improve strategies
- Act as a strategic communication advisor within the leadership team
- University degree in Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations; or Life Sciences with strong value
- Master’s degree in Scientific or Pharmaceutical Communication
- At least 5 years of experience in communication, ideally in pharmaceutical/Specialty Care
- Proven multi-channel campaigns including product launches, crisis management, and digital strategies
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for translating complex concepts into clear content
- Strategic mindset, adaptability, resilience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong ability to influence and build trust-based relationships at all levels
- Self-motivated, creative, able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Alignment with corporate values of empathy, humility, curiosity, and optimism
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan a plus
