In this strategic leadership role, you will shape the specialty portfolio’s marketing direction, aligning with global guidelines and local goals. You’ll lead brand strategies, lifecycle plans, and launches while coordinating closely with Medical, Market Access, Sales, and CX.You’ll mentor a Marketing team, drive data-informed decisions, and foster cross-functional collaboration to improve patient journeys and prescriber engagement. This is an opportunity to influence growth, digital engagement, and patient-centric initiatives in a dynamic setting.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Define and drive the marketing strategy for the specialty portfolio, aligning with global guidelines and local objectives
- Lead development and execution of brand plans including forecasting, positioning, segmentation, lifecycle management and competitive strategy
- Oversee launch readiness for upcoming indications and products with cross-functional alignment (Medical, Market Access, Sales, CX)
- Lead, coach and develop the Marketing team with emphasis on analytics, innovation and strategic thinking
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to integrate marketing and field strategy for patient and prescriber engagement
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access and other stakeholders to drive coordinated brand initiatives
- Leverage market analysis and customer insights to guide decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Build relationships with external stakeholders such as scientific societies, expert groups, patient organizations and hospital networks
- Promote a modern marketing approach with digital initiatives, omnichannel engagement and patient activation programs
- Drive initiatives to understand and optimize the patient journey, addressing barriers to diagnosis, referral and treatment
- 8-12 years in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in Specialty Care
- Proven track record in launch management, brand building and strategic marketing excellence
- Experience in a commercial, cross-functional environment that embraces modern engagement models
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong analytical mindset with forecasting, budget planning and performance tracking experience
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate complexity in highly cross-functional settings
- University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business or related disciplines; MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
