Product Manager - Treasury Systems

You’ll drive real-time cash visibility, optimize reconciliation and MTM processes, and evaluate system evolution, including potential replacements. This role sits at the core of global treasury operations in a fast-growing FinTech culture that values collaboration and impact.

• Define the Treasury Systems roadmap and ensure accurate data ingestion into the TMS (FIS Quantum)
• Drive real-time cash visibility and enhanced forecasting based on trades, maturities, cash sweeps, and settlements
• Oversee banking reconciliation logic to justify deltas and reconcile flows
• Manage market data and valuations to produce precise MtM for open transactions
• Evaluate FIS Quantum performance and identify gaps for in-house features or future system replacement
• Collaborate with Engineering to define data pipelines and prioritize operationally significant features
• Act as the liaison between technical teams and the Treasury department, communicating status and data integrity

• 3+ years of product management in FinTech, Banking, or Treasury domains
• Deep Treasury domain expertise: cash management, liquidity forecasting, FX settlements
• Technical literacy on data flows across systems and how events translate into treasury movements
• Strong analytical mindset for data mapping and pattern identification
• Problem-solving and documentation skills for complex financial logic
• Vendor management experience with financial software providers (e.g., FIS, Kyriba)
