Experteer Overview

As CRM Specialist you will drive CRM and loyalty initiatives for Spain (supported by Portugal) within Pandora’s WEEU team. You will execute campaigns, optimize email programs, and support the launch of a new loyalty program, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on data-driven improvement of CRM performance and store activation. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in a fast-paced multi-market environment.

  • Create and manage campaigns using Bloomreach
  • Maintain email marketing calendar with cross-functional collaboration
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize CRM planning and effectiveness
  • Execute email testing strategy across creative, copy, segmentation, messaging
  • Continually optimize campaigns, content, and segmentation
  • Support stores with loyalty program animation and engagement
  • Follow-up on CRM campaigns with KPI performance reporting
  • Provide weekly/monthly data reporting on database status and project results
  • Maintain regular communication with local teams and Pandora Global CRM Team
  • Identify local opportunities for campaign activities and automation
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce, Brand, and Trade Marketing for alignment
Responsabilidades
  • 2-3 years of hands-on CRM experience (campaign creation, reporting, optimization)
  • Spanish and English fluency; Portuguese and/or French a plus
  • Solid experience with Bloomreach or similar email platforms
  • Good knowledge of loyalty program mechanics and execution
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics or similar analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
