In this role you will own the activation of customer data to shape an end-to-end CRM strategy and core communications across email, push, and in-app channels. You will continuously refine multi-channel customer communications and retention programs to deliver outstanding experiences.You will support defining the customer lifecycle and targeting strategies to improve CRM effectiveness, while ensuring campaigns are measured with clear success metrics. You’ll report on performance weekly and monthly, driving data-driven insights to optimize revenue and engagement.

- Refine multi-channel communications and retention programs to improve customer experience
- Support CRM Manager to define customer lifecycle, contact strategies, and key segments
- Define and track success metrics for campaigns with reporting and deep-dive analyses
- Own weekly/monthly performance reporting and ad hoc analyses
- 2-3+ years in Digital Marketing and CRM (mobile and web) experience
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
- Proficient in HTML
- Strong copywriting skills
- Ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue
- Experience leveraging behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data
- Commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven
- Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
- Organized, proactive, able to work at high pace
- Fluent in English and German
