Experteer Overview
In this role you will act as the primary local HR partner for managers and staff across Spain, the Middle East and Africa to enable talent development and improve retention. You will align local people strategies with global HR initiatives, handling employee relations, performance, and compensation with guidance from senior HR colleagues.You’ll drive adoption of HR programs locally and support change initiatives in collaboration with site leaders. This position offers the opportunity to shape people processes in a diverse, multinational environment and impact the employee experience.

- Support talent development and local retention strategies
- Manage employee relations, performance management, compensation, and career development issues
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement HR initiatives locally
- Execute local people processes (salary planning, development, performance, exits) with analytics
- Advise on local employment law, market conditions, and HR policy interpretation
- Support One HR Culture, diversity & inclusion, engagement and retention locally
- Coach leaders on employee relations matters and guide compliance with policies
- Ensure local adoption of HR programs and audit/compliance activities
- Contribute to local HR projects and broader HR governance
- University Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner
- Effective communication, presentation, and consultative client service skills
- Ability to influence and manage relationships with internal customers
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor law and HR areas (relations, recruitment, compensation, performance)
- Proficiency with common business and HR software
- Technical HR expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Management or Organizational Change
- Analytical skills to interpret data for decision making
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to execute enterprise people strategies with local adoption
- Experience working with global HR partners and capability centers
