As HR Business Partner for the EMEA region, you support senior leadership to drive engagement, retention and high performance. You partner with local leaders to implement the global HR strategy while tailoring initiatives to Spain, ensuring legal compliance and robust employee relations.You will coach managers, steer inclusion efforts, and shape employee experiences across the region. This role combines strategic advisory, people analytics, and operational delivery to enable scalable growth in a dynamic hospitality tech environment.
You will oversee the Barcelona Office Manager, contributing to a high-impact, inclusive culture that supports SiteMinder’s mission.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Partner with senior leadership and managers on people-related matters
- Coach leaders on performance, attendance, and conduct issues
- Monitor and implement policy changes in response to Spanish law, CBAs, and case law
- Design regional employee engagement, satisfaction, and wellbeing strategies
- Provide counsel on sensitive employee relations cases and risk mitigation
- Lead Diversity and Inclusion initiatives to reflect diverse perspectives
- Improve HR processes using data-driven insights and industry best practices
- Oversee regional benefits programmes (health insurance, flexible remuneration)
- Manage and coach the Office Manager and ensure facilities, administration, and safety standards
- Oversee People & Culture aspects of onboarding, 3-month reviews, and exit analysis
- Collaborate with T/A and L&D to forecast and address regional talent needs
- Ensure payroll data integrity and HRMS changes (HiBob)
- Represent the region in the wider EMEA & Global People & Culture team and execute global initiatives
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Extensive HR experience with significant time as HR Business Partner
- Relevant degree or qualification in HRM
- Broad experience across HR disciplines with strategic impact in a high-growth environment
- Deep knowledge of Spanish employment law and CBAs
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate HR compliance risks
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic, self-driven, commercially minded with results track record
- Track record in designing and delivering impactful employee experience strategies
- Ability to work autonomously and drive regional people strategy
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety standards in leadership roles
