In this role you empower People Operations as a trusted partner to managers across the Southern region, shaping HR programs and employee experiences in a global company. You will support people strategies, handle matters end-to-end with a service-oriented mindset, and collaborate with ER, Legal, and cross-functional teams.The position combines HR advisory, data-driven insights, and regional collaboration, with a hybrid office setup in Barcelona and occasional travel to France. You will help evolve the HR model in the EMEA region and drive engagement through practical people programs.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Support People Business Partners in implementing regional HR programs
- Coach and develop 1st line managers on training, development, retention, and engagement improvements
- Handle employee relations matters in collaboration with ER and Legal teams, end-to-end ownership
- Coordinate information/consultations for Works Councils in France, Spain, and Germany
- Prepare quarterly HR data reports and management slides, highlighting trends and issues
- Collaborate with Global People Services to ensure data accuracy and complete employee records
- Bachelor in Business with focus on Human Resources Management
- 4–6 years of HR experience (HR Generalist or HR Operations)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices with emphasis on Spain/France
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interlock with Legal, GPS, Compensation and Benefits COEs
- Adaptable, resourceful, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- French or Dutch language proficiency is a plus; experience with HRIS and ticketing systems; Workday is a plus
