As Specialist Customer Activation, you will translate category strategies into commercial plans that drive Revenue, Volume and Share growth with key customers. You collaborate with Sales, CP&A and Category Planning to implement trade marketing tactics and ensure flawless execution at the point of sale.

You’ll analyze market data, define launch plans, and lead cross-functional efforts to seize opportunities and mitigate threats. This role offers hands-on impact in shaping category growth within a leading global snack company.

  • Lead the trade marketing element of the category annual plans and contract process
  • Monitor market dynamics and consumer insights by channel to inform trade marketing decisions
  • Coordinate the sales quota-building process in business planning to meet annual targets
  • Recommend and influence investments in category building blocks and ensure execution excellence at POS
  • Track competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks for the brand
  • Provide channel-specific POS information to the multi-category teams to uncover opportunities (innovations, promotions, pricing, etc.)
  • Gather internal/external market data to analyze Mondelez categories and define customer-aligned commercial plans
  • Collaborate with Category Planning to integrate customer dynamics into Mondelez Contract
  • Define new product launch plans to achieve Weight Distribution targets, including investment, promotions, POS activation, shelf space, and trials
  • Coordinate POS actions (displays, advertising, trials, gifts, coupons) and present plans to Sales Force by quarter
Responsabilidades
  • Minimum of 4 years of FMCG Marketing and/or Sales experience (Category Planning, Trade Marketing, Account Management, POS Management)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of AC Nielsen and sales databases is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Strong drive for results and ability to work autonomously
  • Solid business acumen and strategic vision
  • Interpersonal savvy and negotiation skills
  • Problem solving and prioritization abilities
  • Passion for flawless execution and brand premium positioning
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
