As a CRM Specialist you will lead the activation of customer data to build an end-to-end CRM strategy across email, push, and in-app channels. You’ll continually optimize multi-channel communications and retention programs to deliver exceptional customer experiences.You’ll support the CRM Manager in shaping the customer lifecycle and targeting strategies, while tracking performance with clear metrics. This role combines hands-on execution with data-driven insights to drive revenue in a fast-growing, global category leader.

- Refine multi-channel communications and retention plans to enhance customer experience
- Support the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across touchpoints
- Define and segment audiences for improved targeting and CRM effectiveness
- Ensure campaigns have measurable success metrics and own regular reporting and deep-dive analyses
- 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid)
- Proficient in HTML
- Strong copywriting skills
- Ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue
- Ability to leverage behavioral, transactional, and demographic data for insights
- Commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven
- Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage high pace of work
- Fluent in English and German
- Able to collaborate effectively and motivate the team
