In this role you will own the activation of customer data to build and run an end-to-end CRM program, focusing on email, push, and in-app communications. You’ll refine multi-channel messaging and retention strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.You’ll help define customer lifecycle and targeting across touchpoints, with a metrics-driven approach to measure success. - Refine multi-channel communications and retention programs to improve customer experience
- Support CRM Manager in defining customer lifecycle and contact strategies across touchpoints
- Define key client segments to improve targeting and CRM effectiveness
- Ensure campaigns have clear success metrics and own weekly/monthly reporting and ad hoc analyses
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
- Proficient in HTML
- Strong copywriting skills
- Ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue
- Experience leveraging behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data for insights
- Commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven
- Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing high pace work
- Fluent English; strong teamwork and motivation skills
