In this role you lead the creative design trajectory for paid media, shaping concepts and directing execution to drive performance. You’ll partner with Paid Media, Brand, and cross-functional teams to scale high-quality creative across platforms while simplifying processes.

You’ll own automation-driven workflows and proactively steer improvements in speed and impact. This position offers a chance to influence how we translate brand goals into scalable, performance-focused creative at a multinational, value-driven company.

  • Own conceptual development for paid media campaigns from brief to execution
  • Define creative directions, frameworks, and scalable solutions
  • Translate brand and performance insights into scalable concepts
  • Ensure brand consistency across platforms, audiences and markets
  • Act as a creative decision-maker guiding stakeholders
  • Deliver design executions from ideation to master assets
  • Manage end-to-end creative delivery for META, Google Ads, Affiliate, and App campaigns
  • Drive A/B testing, iteration, and optimization based on performance data
  • Anticipate campaign needs and prepare assets, templates, and solutions in advance
  • Ensure planning, prioritization, and structuring of creative projects
  • Reduce complexity with scalable processes and frameworks
  • Improve efficiency and quality through automation (Smartly.io)
  • Build modular Figma templates aligned with automation logic
  • Manage feeds, conditional rules, and automation logic (e.g., via Google Sheets)
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, AI, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Brand, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Provide clear direction and structured feedback
Responsabilidades
  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, paid media, or creative operations
  • Strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking and execution quality
  • Hands-on experience with Smartly.io or similar automation platforms
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite and strong Figma skills
  • Familiarity with HTML5 ads and performance-driven formats
  • Degree in Graphic Design or Media Design or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong ownership and proactive decision-making mindset
