As Fabrication Manager, you lead offshore structure fabrication to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery aligning with contract and quality standards. You’ll supervise site teams, collaborate with the contractor, and drive HSE and QA/QC across activities.The role interfaces with project leadership to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliant deliveries from fabrication to commissioning. You will shape execution strategies for offshore wind packages and large-scale EPC projects in a multinational setting.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Provide leadership and coordination for offshore structure fabrication, building strong relationships with the Contractor
- Lead a team of supervisors and ensure cross-team coordination across fabrication activities
- Ensure activities meet contractual obligations, schedule, cost targets, and quality objectives
- Promote high HSE standards and adherence to site rules and procedures
- Monitor supplier progress against program milestones and KPIs; report to project leadership
- Identify risks, develop mitigation measures, and integrate into risk management
- Take ownership of QA/QC topics related to fabrication and support EPC contract closure from QA/QC, HSE, and commercial perspectives
- Assist in technical analysis and monitoring of variation orders and claims to ensure cost-effective decisions
- Guide interface and stakeholder coordination for transition from fabrication to commissioning and/or Ou0026M
- Provide accurate, timely progress reporting aligned with project requirements
- Ensure reporting aligns with project expectations
- Bachelor/Master in Engineering or similar (minimum)
- ≥10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Fabrication oversight experience for offshore wind or large-scale oil u0026 gas projects
- International site management experience with EPC contractors
- Project management training
- Knowledge of FIDIC Contracts and INCOTERMS
- Experience in fabrication and testing offshore structures (DNV-ST-0145, DNV-OS-C401)
- Safety management training (NEBOSH, VCA) and ISO 9001 / quality auditing knowledge
- Excellent written and oral English; Spanish language skills valued
