As a People/HR Business Partner at Wallbox, you will help shape a high-performance culture across a fast-growing global organization. You will partner with leaders to design organizations, develop talent, and manage complex employee relations, while ensuring compliant, data-driven HR practices.

This role blends hands-on support with strategic guidance, influencing engagement, performance, and reward strategy. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive people initiatives that enable scalable growth and a positive workplace culture.

  • Provide strategic HR guidance on organization design, talent development, performance management, and complex employee relations
  • Serve as trusted advisor on employee relations and employment law; ensure fair, consistent policy application and manage disciplinary processes
  • Lead consolidation and implementation of the job catalog and performance frameworks, linking to reward strategy and engagement
  • Analyze talent metrics (engagement, growth, diversity, turnover) to drive data-backed decisions and improve people and talent practices
  • Ensure the People team delivers high-quality service to internal customers and adopt best practices across operations
  • Be the point of contact for various People-matters with principal stakeholders
Responsabilidades
  • Minimum 5 years as a People/HR Business Partner in a fast-growing, innovative company
  • Expertise in at least one functional area (Rewards, Compliance, Talent, or Learning & Development) with solid generalist knowledge of others
  • Proven advisory and coaching skills to help leaders improve effectiveness
  • Data-driven mindset for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement of People practices
  • Ability to collaborate within COEs and work in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
