As Regional Commercial Manager for the Northern Europe region within Vodafone IoT, you drive profitable growth for Group Enterprise by shaping local commercial strategy and adapting the global IoT model to Spain and nearby markets. You act as the commercial lead for the Sales community, coordinating with Operating Companies and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.You’ll lead complex deal pricing, negotiations, and governance while elevating commercial frameworks. This role offers impact across a global IoT business with a local, market-aware focus.

- Serve as the commercial point of contact for Sales in the region and support Sales teams
- Lead complex deal pricing strategies and proposals for Global IoT opportunities
- Engage with local Operating Companies and IoT OpCo Alignment specialists
- Share best practices across regions and improve efficiencies
- Deliver revenue growth, market share, and maintain margins
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, CSO & Legal, Product Management, Group Technology) to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Lead bespoke solution delivery aligned to customer expectations while safeguarding profitability
- Attend key customer meetings and lead internal/external commercial negotiations
- Provide regional commercial strategy inputs for deal strategy, pricing, and terms
- Influence commercial strategy for new products and strengthen governance and processes
- Manage commercial risk and drive profitable growth for Group Enterprise
- Build relationships to influence outcomes and align stakeholder interests
- Proven commercial and financial acumen to profitably grow services in a competitive market
- Experience in complex sales pursuits in commercial, sales, or bid roles
- Background in global corporates/organizations
- Solid experience in commercial, sales, or operations leading global projects
- Data-driven with strong analytical and insights focus
- Experience in Global Business Development and large, complex global bids
- Understanding of IoT, C&S markets, and ability to advise CxO level
- Bonus on top of gross salary
