Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the development and execution of commercial marketing strategies across the EMEA region to grow Lightsource bp’s brand and pipeline. You will collaborate with regional managers and external partners, manage social media and digital content, and assist with internal and external communications.You will help deliver high-quality marketing output that strengthens stakeholder relationships and accelerates the regional development agenda. This is a hands-on role with room to contribute fresh ideas in a mission-driven renewables company.

- Collaborate with GACMCE and bp stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and channel effectiveness
- Coordinate with external agencies (press, digital, events, design) for campaign delivery
- Manage Lightsource bp EMEA external social media channels and press email responses
- Assist digital marketing efforts: website content, campaigns, asset libraries, and KPIs reporting
- Assist internal communications and events planning; own EMEA Communications Hub on SharePoint and internal events calendar
- Provide basic graphic design support and briefing for agencies to ensure quality output
- Support budgets, insights, and research projects related to marketing and communications
- Contribute to content marketing strategies and cross-functional projects
- Demonstrable experience in Marketing or Communications
- Proven copywriting and content development skills across collateral
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns (SEO, digital ads, social media)
- Good understanding of the solar/low carbon energy industry
- Strong writing and presentation abilities; authentic communication style
- Collaboration with internal and external teams
- SEO knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)
- Familiar with Canva and Photoshop
- Ability to leverage social media for marketing content
