In this role you will drive performance excellence through analysis, forecasting, and action planning. You will build and monitor sales strategy, oversee performance improvement and appraisal processes, and guide team development and career paths.You’ll manage operating profit, forecast financials, and lead initiatives to boost client satisfaction and employee engagement. Working with stakeholders, you shape cross-functional outcomes in a fast-paced hybrid Barcelona environment.

- Develop and monitor sales strategy and evaluate its effectiveness
- Lead performance improvement plans and performance reviews
- Oversee team development, career path clarity, and coaching (1x1 and beyond)
- Ensure efficient operations and accurate financial forecasting (operating profit)
- Drive employee satisfaction, motivation, and engagement initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction
- Manage multiple projects in a complex environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Team Manager
- Excellent level of English
- Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated people motivation and development skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in business writing
- Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment
