As Iberia Payroll Specialist, you will own end-to-end payroll processing for Spain and Portugal, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You’ll work within the Payroll team to support policy adherence, reporting, and audits while collaborating with HR, tax authorities, and vendors.This fully remote role in Spain offers international travel up to 15% and a chance to drive payroll excellence across Iberia. You will influence processes, controls, and documentation to sustain reliable payroll delivery and regulatory compliance.

- Monitor vendor KPI and conduct monthly reviews with payroll vendor and payroll manager
- Report control issues to process owners promptly
- Drive operational excellence and resolve queries from associates, HR, control partners, and external parties
- Define and document payroll-related policies, practices and reporting
- Support vendor transitions, consolidation or services
- Travel as required (15% of role)
- 5+ yrs experience in end-to-end Spain and Portuguese Payroll processing
- Experience in analyzing processes and controls, planning improvements, leading changes, payroll migration and managing priorities
- Exceptional communication abilities in Spanish and Portuguese (written and spoken), with fluency in English
- Result oriented, proactive with on-time delivery; willingness to learn and assist others
