As Associate Director of Medical Affairs, you will lead the scientific support for the QIAStat Infectious Diseases portfolio and steer a global team of scientists and medical advisors. You will partner with regional Medical Affairs teams and cross-functional partners to shape medical strategy, risk management, and education programs.This role combines leadership, scientific rigor, and cross-border collaboration to advance diagnostics in infectious diseases. You will help drive impactful medical programs and investigator-initiated studies in a dynamic, global environment.

- Serve as a core member of the Project Development Committees
- Lead medical risk analyses in collaboration with Post Market Surveillance
- Lead Medical Training and Medical Education programs
- Lead the Investigator Initiated QIAStat Study program
- Coordinate interdisciplinary support for Commercial, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and R&D teams
- Strong laboratory/medical background in infectious disease diagnostics
- Minimum 5 years of Medical Affairs experience, preferably in an IVD company
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in design and development of infectious disease products
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
