In this role you will steer large-scale transformation programs for international clients, translating ambitious visions into actionable delivery. You will be the connective tissue across strategy, design, and technology, aligning cross-functional teams to a shared objective.You’ll manage governance, stakeholder relationships, and risk, ensuring programs stay on scope, time, and budget while preserving strategic intent. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and embed in client engagements to understand culture and constraints.
This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at the heart of major transformation initiatives.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own end-to-end governance and delivery of large-scale transformation programs across multiple industries.
- Act as primary contact and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C-Level and Directors.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams across strategy, marketing, product design, and technology.
- Design and implement PMO frameworks, governance models, and operating rhythms.
- Identify risks and delivery gaps early and lead course-correction conversations.
- Facilitate executive workshops and alignment sessions to maintain momentum.
- Translate program status and decisions into clear executive communications.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Technology, Data, and Design leads to ensure vision is grounded and executable.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to grow delivery capability.
- 6+ years in project management, PMO, or transformation delivery, preferably in consulting or large-scale programs.
- Proven track record delivering complex multi-workstream transformations for large international organizations.
- Strong client relationship skills across organizational levels, including C-Suite.
- Excellent orchestration and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants and developing others.
- Familiarity with strategy, marketing, design, and technology intersection.
- Structured thinker and clear communicator; able to turn ambiguity into a plan.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
