Senior Consultant Transformation & Delivery - Madrid

You’ll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and turn ambitious visions into executable plans at pace. This is an opportunity to shape transformation at scale within a creative, collaborative environment.

• Lead workstreams within large-scale transformation programs across industries, ensuring scope, time and budget alignment
• Serve as a primary contact for mid and senior client stakeholders, building trust beyond task execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning strategy, marketing, product design and technology
• Design and implement PMO frameworks, governance models, and operating rhythms customized to each client
• Identify risks, dependencies and delivery gaps early and steer course corrections
• Facilitate client workshops and alignment sessions to sustain momentum and decisions
• Translate project status, risks and decisions into clear communications for teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Strategy, Technology, Data and Design leads to keep implementation aligned with the right vision

• 4+ years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting or transformation delivery
• Proven ability to lead workstreams independently within complex programs
• Strong client relationship skills with senior stakeholders
• Excellent coordination abilities across disciplines
• Familiarity with the intersection of strategy, marketing, design and technology
• Structured thinker and clear communicator
• Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
